3 Day Teacher Course (Pre-Festival) + 3 Day Teacher Observer (Winners Festival)
Muso Method celebrates your students’ hard work and love for classical music — performed the Muso style: fun & serious!
There are 2 events for teachers to participate:
1. Mon 15/6 to Wed 17/6 Pre-Festival
EXPRESS: 3 Day Muso Method Fundamentals Course (Beginner to Grade 5)
- Learn and study the Muso Method teaching fundamentals from Isabelle and Lawrence
- Certification will be rewarded at the Festival, once all the group demonstrations are done

2. Thu 18/6 to Sun 21/6 Kids Winners Festival
- Purchase a Teacher Observer ticket $250 + GST
- If you are a teacher with students participating, purchase a discounted Teacher Observer ticket $150 = GST
- All Teacher tickets have unlimited observation sessions and includes tickets to the Muso Production

📌Day 2 - Solo Recitals & Muso Production
📌Day 3 - Solo Recitals & Muso Afterparty (Aussie Muso style)

Can’t Attend in Perth?
If you’re unable to join the 3-Day Muso Method Fundamentals Course in Perth, you can still complete the training through our online certification program. Learn the Muso Method teaching fundamentals from Lawrence Ng and Isabelle Lee and become a certified teacher from anywhere in the world.

What’s the difference between the online 2 Week Muso Method Fundamentals Course and 3 Day Express In-Person?
It’s exactly the same except online was 6 days*3 hours (18H) and the upcoming in-person Australian course is 3 days*5 hours (15H)
Why is it only Beginner to Grade 5? What about Grade 6 to 8?
We have two courses: Muso Method Fundamentals (Beginner to Grade 5) and Muso Method Stylistic Interpretation Course (Grade 6 to 8)
All our Muso Senior Teachers at @musomusicacademy have completed / passed both courses.
The focus on both courses is how to teach music better in Muso Method style: fun and serious to young children.
What’s the difference between a Music Classroom Degree and completing the Muso Method Pedagogy courses?
Music Classroom degrees are fantastic - for classroom based. Muso Method is only 1on1 and prepares you to teach young kids in a quick way with a fun and energetic style with use of soft toys.
I went to a Russian based styled technical school. Can I still learn Muso Method?
Of course! It doesn’t matter what technique you believe in or professor you mastered skills from. We focus more on teaching you how to teach YOUNG KIDS staccato in a quicker and fun way - so the lessons and progress can be smoother.
Will Muso Method Pedagogy work on adults?
It probably would but the Muso Method Pedagogy is designed more for young kids. Your adult students probably won’t appreciate you speaking in a “fun and serious” style to them… 🤣 even we sometimes forget and say “high five” to our friends, only for them to give us the side eye…
